Know the course
A little history of Royal Randwick
The course has hosted racing since the nineteenth century and carries the “Royal” title granted in 1992. Today it is the principal stage for Sydney’s autumn and spring championship racing.
What to look for in the form
Randwick can test both tactical speed and stamina. Pay close attention to rail position, going and whether a runner has performed strongly on the course before.
