DELIGHTINGOLD (2) ran seventh last start at Oamaru over 2000m, beaten 16 metres. A nice draw on the front line should ensure a cosy run. Beautifully placed and from a good draw, she can figure in the finish at some good value. HARVEY (3) is stepping out for the first time. By Sky Major and hails from the Brett Gray stable. No excuses from this advantageous draw. Was not far away in a recent trial. Will be right there at the business end. FRANCO NEWARK (1) last appeared when sixth over 2600m at Addington nine weeks ago. Look out for any positive market movement. CARBONATE (5) has had not much luck from tough draws, and is worth some thought despite her last-start eighth over 2000m at Oamaru on August 16.
